What to Expect with Different Craft Service Budgets

Your production has a price in mind on how much they want to spend on crafty. See what we can do with your budget with these three examples.

The Basic Package: ~$300/week

So maybe your budget is a little tight or you’ve got a small crew and don’t need to go all out. We know how important Crafty is and can keep your crew happy with just the bare essentials. This package is everything you need to keep your crew fueled and hydrated in-between meals.

$150/week can cover: bottled water, coffee with one creamer choice, coffee cups, two sodas/drinks, chips, granola/breakfast bars, pb&js, and two or three more pre-packaged snacks.

The Casual and Confident Package: ~$750/week

You’ve got more flexibility with your budget and want to pamper your crew a bit, or you have a larger crew but still need to stick to the essentials. This package has all the looks of an expensive, impressive spread but without the top dollar price tag.

Spending $500/week can get you: bottled water, multiple types of sodas/juices/drinks, coffee and tea with all the fixins, fresh fruit and vegetables with dips, cheeses, large variety of chips, a dozen or more different types of pre-packaged snacks, ramen cups, candy and chocolates, special requests.

The No Limits Package: ~$1,500+/week

You’re ready to flex and go all out. Whether you want as many options as possible on the table or you’re looking for a smaller set up but with all the name-brand and high-quality items, this package can be whatever you want it to be. *Warning: this can cause serious bouts of joy and can lead to addiction

What you could find on the Crafty table with $1,500 or more a week: artesian waters, locally sourced craft coffee, made-to-order smoothies and pressed juices, energy drinks, unlimited soda choices, homemade soups, parfaits, organic products, gourmet pastries, premium snacks, plus everything from the Casual and Confident package.

We recommend having at least two craft service attendants when utilizing made-to-order items or would like for there to be a dedicated crafty runner.

Covid Compliance: Depending on your productions Covid-19 protocols, the execution of these packages can be adapted but the contents will remain the same. Example: fresh fruit spreads can be adapted to be individual fruit cups pre-made by the Covid certified attendant.
